IMPORTANT NOTICE
The online consult triage service now has a staggered opening time to cope with demand and safely manage the number of patients we can consult with on a daily basis.
Online services are available:
Monday to Thursday – 7am to 10am and then again from 1pm to 4.30pm
Friday – 7am to 10am and 1pm to 4pm
When there is excessive demand the practice may need to change open and close times of the forms to ensure that we can safely manage and triage the forms coming into the practice.
If you attempt to complete a form and there is a message saying the service is not available right now, this means the forms are closed, please try again when the forms next open according to times above.
By opening the forms earlier at 7am we hope that this will enable people who work to access the system.
