Please note that our telephone lines open at 8:30 am, Monday to Friday.

Online Consultation Service (eConsult)

Our eConsult service is normally available during core hours to help patients access care efficiently.

If demand becomes exceptionally high, we may need to close the eConsult forms earlier than usual. This is to ensure we can safely manage and triage requests for both patients and staff.

If you see a message stating that the service is not available, it means the forms are temporarily closed. Please try again later.

We have introduced an earlier opening time of 7 am to make the service more accessible for people who work.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to maintain safe and effective patient care.

eConsult: Complete an online form to consult with a GP
