71 practice nurse appointments were lost. Each appointment costs £18

44 healthcare assistant appointments were lost. Each appointment costs £12

Total cost of lost appointments to the NHS for April is £9,726

Please notify the practice on 020 7473 9399 in good time if you are unable to keep your appointment so that it can be offered to someone else!

We Need Your Opinion!

We would like your views on our new DNA policy and the letter that would be sent if a patient were to miss an appointment.

It is very important for us to obtain views from our patients when altering processes that could directly affect you!  Please take the time to read over the policy and letter carefully:

At present over 350 appointments on average are being lost each month due to patients not arriving for appointments therefore we need to update our DNA policy as soon as possible.

Please return your feedback via the Contact Details page to us by Monday 30th May, as we need to implement the new policy in the first week of June.

New Automated Telephone Service

Now you can book, cancel and check your own appointments, any time, day and night! All you need to use this is a touch-tone telephone, your contact telephone number and date of birth.

When you telephone the surgery, select the option for the Automated Booking Service and then follow the simple instructions.

Remember - You can telephone the surgery around the clock, 7 days a week.

Note - You must inform the surgery if you change your contact telephone numbers - your home and mobile.
