We Need Your Opinion!

We would like your views on our new DNA policy and the letter that would be sent if a patient were to miss an appointment.

It is very important for us to obtain views from our patients when altering processes that could directly affect you!  Please take the time to read over the policy and letter carefully:

Did Not Attend- Letter to Patients     Did Not Arrive- Policy

Please let us know your views good or bad and what changes you think may be necessary, we value your opinion.

At present over 350 appointments on average are being lost each month due to patients not arriving for appointments therefore we need to update our DNA policy as soon as possible.

Please return your feedback via the Contact Details page to us by Monday 30th May, as we need to implement the new policy in the first week of June.

Please visit the Contact Details page which can be found on the left hand side of this page and follow the link next to the envelope  to give us your views.
